Role requirements

Relevant NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/Management; five years’ relevant experience including three at supervisory level; PERSAL Introduction Certificate; valid unexpired driver’s license. Implement HR policies, transactions, systems and databases; advise managers; administer recruitment, injury-on-duty cases and broader HR services.
