Role requirements

Grade 12 or NCV level 4; appropriate NQF6 National Diploma in Labour Relations, Employment Relations, Human Resource Management or related qualification. Requires 3–5 years relevant experience and 3–5 years supervisory experience. Advise on labour matters, investigate misconduct and grievances, conduct disciplinary hearings, represent the college in disputes and manage unit resources.
