Role requirements

Grade 12 with six years’ HR Management experience, or relevant NQF 6/7 diploma/degree with three years’ HR Development experience. Three years at specified Level 7 posts; minimum three PERSAL courses, extensive PERSAL knowledge, computer literacy and driver’s licence. Coordinate recruitment, HR planning, performance management, benefits, records and PERSAL approvals.
