Client Service Officer: Inspection and Enforcement Services

Role requirements

Grade 12; no experience required. Knowledge of labour legislation, departmental procedures and Batho Pele principles. Provide help-desk registration services, resolve IES labour legislation complaints within SOP scope, render general administration and participate in advocacy sessions.
