Role requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4. Knowledge of public service policies and Western Cape communities; public participation, project organisation, communication, reporting and MS Office skills. Assist communities to access government services, identify and communicate needs, promote local networks, report progress and maintain knowledge of government services and access processes.
