Role requirements

NQF level 6 qualification or higher and minimum three years relevant experience. Knowledge of legislation, governance, operational management and public service processes; computer literacy and project management skills. Provide customer complaint mechanisms, report complaint issues, deliver client liaison and enquiries services, and perform managerial/supervisory functions. Three posts.
