Role requirements

NQF level 6 qualification in Public Administration or appropriate diploma, or higher; minimum three years’ middle management experience. Knowledge of local government legislation, municipal systems and finances. Manage annual Municipal Performance Report, validate compliance data, recommend support and interventions, analyse municipal trends, conduct follow-up research and manage people, finances and Sub-directorate performance.
