Role requirements

Grade 12 and relevant NQF Level 7 qualification in specified health, administration, management or commerce fields. Three years relevant management experience at Assistant Director level or equivalent; health system and change management experience. Valid driver’s licence and computer literacy. Analyse facility requirements, prepare project briefs and business cases, align service plans and train managers.
