Role requirements

LLB or appropriate legal qualification for serving prosecutors seeking promotion; ten years’ post-qualification civil/criminal litigation experience, statutory right of appearance and valid driver’s license. Manage portfolios and staff, guide investigations, prosecute complex matters, prepare legal opinions and court documents, and handle appeals and reviews.
