Role requirements

National Diploma (NQF6) in Human Resource Development/Management or relevant qualification; five years’ relevant experience, including three at junior management level. Supervisory experience and driver’s license required. Manage workplace skills planning, training interventions, internships, departmental bursaries, orientation and compulsory induction.
