Role requirements

Senior/Grade 12 certificate or relevant qualification. Knowledge of HR functions, prescripts, PERSAL, registry duties and public service legislation; computer literacy and communication skills. Facilitate recruitment and selection, implement service conditions, performance management, terminations and PERSAL appointments; maintain personnel files and report on their movement.
