Role requirements

National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification and one year HR experience. Knowledge of public service legislation, PERSAL, PFMA and recruitment processes. Administer recruitment, appointments, transfers and terminations; maintain HR statistics and PERSAL records; prepare reports and provide personnel policy guidance.
