Role requirements

National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management or relevant SAQA-recognised qualification; one year’s functional HRD and performance management experience. Implement PMDS policies and assessments, maintain performance records, compile reports, assess training needs, implement workplace skills plans, facilitate bursaries and induction, advise on policies and supervise staff.
