Nursing Assistant Grade 1

Role requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent; Nursing Assistant certificate allowing SANC registration; current registration with 2026 SANC receipt. Requires nursing legislation knowledge, elementary communication and writing skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Provide elementary nursing care, assist daily living and hygiene, maintain records, implement care plans and infection prevention protocols, educate patients and assist patient escorts.
