Role requirements

Grade 12 with three years’ HR unit experience, or relevant NQF 6/7 diploma/degree. Minimum three PERSAL courses, extensive PERSAL knowledge, computer literacy and communication skills. Driver’s licence advantageous. Administer recruitment, appointments, transfers, vetting, conditions of service and benefits; coordinate performance management, advise staff and prepare HR reports.
