Role requirements

LLB or appropriate legal qualification for serving prosecutors seeking promotion; four years’ post-qualification legal experience, Regional Court investigation-guidance and litigation skills, and valid driver’s licence. Study dockets, institute criminal proceedings, draft court documents, represent the State, examine witnesses and perform administrative duties.
