Role requirements

National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Labour Relations or relevant SAQA-recognised qualification; two years’ case and compliance management or relevant experience; PERSAL introduction certificate. Handle misconduct, grievances and disputes; implement disciplinary outcomes and judgments; capture cases, maintain databases, compile reports and support investigations.
