Role requirements

Grade 12 and National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Public Administration or related equivalent qualification measuring in Human Resource Management/Development; two years’ performance management experience; valid driver’s licence. Research trends, implement and review performance frameworks, advise on progression and probation, monitor incentives, support under-performing employees and conduct workshops.
