Role requirements

LLB or relevant qualification; eight years’ post-qualification legal services experience. Knowledge of administrative, constitutional and environmental law, PAJA, court rules and judicial reviews. Valid Code B driver’s license and willingness to travel. Manage litigation, legal advice, state-property losses and recovery, court records, training and ministerial submissions. Two posts.
