Role requirements

Relevant degree (NQF 7) or three-year diploma (NQF 6) in management services, operations/production management or related field; two years’ organisational design/development/work-study experience and valid driver’s license. Knowledge of job evaluation and public-service frameworks. Conduct work studies, job evaluations, job-description reviews, process mapping and workflow optimisation.
