Role requirements

NQF6 HR Management/Labour Relations Management qualification; two years functional Employment Relations experience. Driver’s license advantageous. Analyse grievances, draft charges, finalise misconduct cases, represent the Department at GPSSBC and CCMA, conduct advocacy and provide administrative support. Three-year contract.
