Senior Practitioner: Human Resource Development

Role requirements

Grade 12 or NCV level 4; National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related qualification. Minimum three years relevant experience and two years supervisory experience. Requires computer literacy, PERSAL introduction certificate and unendorsed valid driver’s licence. Supervise training, workplace skills planning, bursaries, internships, performance management, job descriptions, employment equity and HR planning.
