Role requirements

LLB or appropriate legal qualification for serving prosecutors seeking promotion; eight years’ post-qualification litigation experience, statutory right of appearance and valid driver’s licence. Knowledge of PFMA, MFMA and money laundering. Prosecute serious organised crime and corruption, guide investigations, draft court documents, argue appeals and mentor junior advocates.
