Role requirements

Grade 12 and minimum one year relevant switchboard experience. Microsoft packages knowledge, telephone etiquette, computer literacy, customer care and communication skills. Render telephone and customer services, maintain call registers and contact databases, manage switchboard services, report faults, monitor telephone costs and administer telephone accounts.
