Role requirements

LLB or appropriate legal qualification for serving prosecutors seeking promotion; five years’ post-qualification legal experience and statutory right of appearance. Legal research, drafting and litigation skills required. Guide investigations, decide on prosecutions, prepare court documents, represent the State, handle representations, appeals, reviews and motion applications.
