Role requirements

LLB or appropriate legal qualification for serving prosecutors seeking promotion; five years’ post-qualification legal experience, statutory right of appearance and POCA knowledge or litigation experience. Guide investigations, decide on criminal proceedings, draft court documents, represent the State and handle representations, appeals, reviews and motion applications.
