Role requirements

NQF6 National Diploma in Forestry, Natural Science or related qualification; three years’ relevant experience. Requires forestry and environmental legislation knowledge, valid driving license and willingness to travel. Subject to appointment as Forest Officer. Administer and enforce the National Forests Act, review policies and licences, assess environmental reports and provide stakeholder training.
