Role requirements

National Senior Certificate and relevant NQF 6 diploma or preferably NQF 7 degree. Three years’ skills development and training coordination experience at supervisory level (7/8); valid Code 8 driving license. Facilitator and Train the Trainer certificates advantageous. Coordinate employee training, skills audits, bursaries, internships, learnerships, reporting and resource management.
