Role requirements

Grade 12, relevant NQF level 8 postgraduate qualification, recognised professional body membership and five years’ experience serving on or chairing governance/oversight structures. Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, audit, risk and financial reporting frameworks. Lead committee oversight of governance, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management and internal audit.
