Role requirements

LLB degree (NQF Level 7), five years’ relevant senior managerial experience in law, Nyukela SMS pre-entry programme, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Requires legislative, litigation, contract drafting and strategic leadership expertise. Manage legal and legislative services, legal risks, strategic planning, budgets, resources and legal support to the Department and education institutions.
