Role requirements

Grade 12; National Diploma in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent (NQF 6); two years’ relevant IT support experience, including hardware, software and networks; appropriate network management experience; valid driver’s licence. Provide user support, IT security, application maintenance, server management, hardware troubleshooting and LAN infrastructure support.
