Role requirements

Three-year NQF Level 06 qualification in HR, Public Management, Public Administration, Management Services, Labour Relations or related. Relevant HR experience at Assistant Director equivalent level, valid driver’s licence and PERSAL experience. Manage HR support, recruitment, performance management, development, benefits, leave, labour relations and staff.
