Role requirements

R425 Nursing diploma/degree or equivalent allowing SANC registration; postgraduate diploma in Nursing Management/Administration; nine years after professional registration, including four years at management level; valid driver’s licence. Provide strategic nursing leadership, manage resources and administration, ensure ethical practice, quality assurance, infection control and occupational safety compliance.
