Role requirements

Senior Certificate and NQF 7 qualification in Economics, Econometrics, Business Analytics or equivalent; minimum five years’ relevant middle/senior managerial experience in economic research, model analysis and forecasting. SMS pre-entry certificate required before duty. Lead research agenda, economic modelling, forecasting, business intelligence, research partnerships and knowledge systems; manage Directorate resources.
