Role requirements

LLB or equivalent at NQF 7, SMS pre-entry certificate (Nyukela), admission as Attorney or Advocate, and 5 years’ middle/senior managerial experience in Legal or Corporate Governance. Develop SOC governance instruments, lead compliance assurance, advise on board appointments and dismissals, coordinate legal assurance frameworks, draft legal opinions and manage the Directorate.
