Role requirements

Three-year relevant qualification in Labour Relations Management, BCOM LAW, LLB or Internal Audit. One year’s functional auditing experience. Monitor UIA and COIDA programme implementation, analyse advisory systems, coordinate monitoring and evaluation of programme impact, and support UI and COIDA advocacy campaigns.
