Role requirements

Grade 9 or ABET Level 1 or 2 Certificate. Requires planting, firefighting and coppice reduction knowledge, communication, planning and teamwork skills. Perform silviculture, site rehabilitation, tree marking, planting, weeding, alien species removal, fire protection and suppression, infrastructure maintenance, harvesting, propagation and pole production and sales support.
