Role requirements

National Senior Certificate and diploma/degree in HR management, public management, public administration or industrial psychology. HR exposure, PERSAL/PCM knowledge and Code 8 licence advantageous. Communication, computer literacy and confidentiality required. Administer leave, recruitment, appointments, transfers, promotions, terminations, benefits and personnel files.
