ICT Specialist (Business Analyst)

Role requirements

Grade 12 and National Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology (NQF level 6). Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in business case and business requirement specification development. Valid driver’s license. Manage business needs analysis, elicit requirements, map processes, prepare business cases, analyse transversal systems and develop Master Systems/ICT Plans.
