Role requirements

MBChB and HPCSA registration for independent practice (2026). Minimum ten years’ post-registration experience; eleven years for foreign-qualified employees. Non-South Africans require a valid work permit. Manage patients in level 2/3 facilities, develop guidelines, participate in training, clinical audits and professional development, and support hospital management.
