Role requirements

Nursing qualification, SANC registration and advanced psychiatric nursing or mental health postgraduate qualification. Grade 1: four years’ experience; Grade 2: 14 years, including 10 in psychiatry after post-basic qualification. Valid Code B/EB driver’s license and computer literacy. Provide mental healthcare, develop PHC personnel, promote community participation and conduct research.
