Role requirements

LLB or recognized four-year legal qualification equivalent to NQF 8; admission as Advocate or Attorney; eight years’ post-qualification litigation/advisory experience. Legislative knowledge, legal research and drafting skills required. Provide legal opinions, draft and scrutinize provincial legislation, contracts and agreements, comment on policies and Bills, certify documents and manage unit risks.
