Role requirements

Three-year relevant qualification in Labour Relations/Labour Law, LLB/BCOM LAW; valid driver’s licence; two years’ Inspection and Enforcement Service experience. Conduct labour compliance inspections, investigations and advocacy campaigns; appear as State witness; manage case finalisation; compile regional inspection plans and reports; refer non-compliant employers for prosecution.
