Role requirements

Grade 12 and recognised NQF 7 architecture qualification; SACAP Professional Architect registration; five years’ architectural experience including three post-registration years; driver’s licence. Duties include quantity surveying and cost management, financial control, consultant and contractor monitoring, construction contract administration, feasibility studies, budgets and tender support.
