Role requirements

NQF Level 6 qualification in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Law/Property law, Land Administration, Valuation, Town or Regional Planning or property-related field; relevant experience. Implement property management policies, coordinate disposal of redundant residential properties and release of surplus land, facilitate conveyancing documentation and supervise employees.
