Role requirements

NQF level 06 qualification in Human Resources Management/Public Administration or relevant qualification, valid driver’s licence and 3 years’ supervisory experience in HR Administration. Manage pension benefits, employee exits, injuries on duty and service conditions’ allowances; advise on policies, procedures and SOPS; manage component resources.
