Role requirements

Three-year tertiary qualification in Labour Relations/BCOM LAW/LLB, valid motor vehicle driving licence and two years functional inspection and enforcement experience. Independently conduct inspections, investigate contraventions and enforce BCEA, Sectoral Determinations and National Minimum Wage legislation. Conduct advocacy, compile reports and contribute to regional inspection plans.
