Role requirements

Three-year relevant NQF6 qualification in Labour Relations/BCOM Law/LLB and valid driving licence. Knowledge of labour legislation, departmental procedures and Batho Pele principles. Conduct occupational and proactive blitz inspections, investigate reported labour legislation contraventions, enforce compliance and conduct advocacy campaigns.
