Role requirements

NQF Level 7 in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Public Management, Public Administration or Business Administration; five years’ senior management experience. Manage human resources, employee relations and wellness, training, development and performance management; oversee Social Service Professionals policies, gender and disability mainstreaming, budgets and chief directorate performance.
