Role requirements

Grade 12 and relevant NQF 7 bachelor’s degree; five years’ senior managerial experience in urban planning. Requires infrastructure financing, municipal legislation and urban development knowledge, plus Nyukela completion before appointment. Lead strategy, municipal project preparation, bankable infrastructure pipelines, investment partnerships and operations.
